At Velvet by Graham & Spencer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
